Built in 2000, with nice kitchen, two full baths, two big living areas, and a nice balcony/deck, rent is $875/month and includes utilities, TV, and laundry. There's a 6-month lease to start, then changes to month-to-month thereafter.
I'm Brady, 25 and a skilled metalworker, lived here 5 years and originally from Denver. I'm friendly, responsible, considerate, and like to keep my house clean and picked up.
