We have 3 rooms available for short- and long-term leases in a large, quiet, beautiful 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath Crestwood house with front porch and huge backyard. Located in NW, just north of Mt. Pleasant. We are excited to live with mature and professional folks. LGBTQ+-friendly. Unfortunately, no pets.

Great location: Crestwood is the first neighborhood just north of Mt. Pleasant. The house is just off of 16th with easy access to the 16th street busses, a 15-20 minute walk to Mt. Pleasant, a 12-minute walk to Lyman’s Tavern and Red Derby on 14th, less than 10 minutes walking to Rock Creek trails, and 8-minutes walking to a DC public (free) pool!

About the house:
Fully furnished house including living room, kitchen, front porch, and huge backyard with grill. Room furnishings can be included if desired. Washer/dryer and tons of extra storage space in the basement. The house is Queer, Trans, BIPOC friendly. Please note, the house has multiple stairs to enter/exit.

About us:
The house currently has 2 tenants. We are in our late twenties/early thirties and are excited about creating a nice and relaxed space to live. We’ve both been based in DC for the last 3-4 years and prior to that lived in various places abroad and in the U. S. We like to spend time outside, go for long walks, cook, and hang out with friends. One of us works in the environmental field and the other is in graduate school. We look forward to sharing space with new people, while also all having our own lives, etc. We are vaxxed+boosted, take COVID-19 precautions and expect the housemates to do the same.
