Happy Huron House - peaceful tree views, close to B2B run/bike/walk trail

Come join the Happy Huron House. Just across the road from the Dexter-Huron MetroPark, nestled amongst green lawns and trees in a peaceful and welcoming neighborhood community, is our recently remodeled home, now ready for sharing. Commute 8.2 miles to the center of Ann Arbor or stroll 2 miles down the B2B trail (b2btrail. org) to the center of Dexter for restaurants and cafes.

Our home has plenty of off-street parking, lovely views from every room (you can watch wild rabbits and our neighbor’s chickens, sometimes deer, and in the evening the lights of fireflies over the lawns), and is equipped with every convenience including digital locks so you don’t need to carry a key, Google Home, home theater system with projector, screen and Dolby 5.1 sound along with BluRay player. We have a washer and dryer, and our internet is with UbiFi. We take care of the gardening and we will have a cleaner coming every month.

_Where we are_
This spot is great because it’s a quick run to the charming town of Dexter with a super library, coffee shops, and restaurants - and just across the highway are a whole range of big box stores too. If you work or study in Ann Arbor it’s just 8.2 miles to UMich Campus. So you have lots of good choices of where to go for dinner, to meet up with friends, or to get supplies. And you can come back at the end of the day to a peaceful home in which to relax.

1. Grand Queen-Size Room. Comfy 18” x 9’, overall 153 sq ft. Window onto driveway and trees. Blinds. Furnished with queen size bed, built-in closet, unique 3-drawer chest and lamp. room for a desk. Carpet.

_Who we are_
So far living at the Happy Huron House are Mark and Grace, the owners who bought the property in July 2021, and Tiffany. We love to live with roommates including working grad students and professionals. We are not always here in Michigan - we travel quite a bit to work and visit family and other roommates in California, Maine and beyond. Tiffany enjoys spending time with family and watching movies. We enjoy the social interaction and freedom of having independent, positive, friendly roommates.

_Utilities etc._
We pay all utilities (including internet, electricity, gas, water, garbage, gardening). If you want to put window A/C in your room there's a flat fee of $100 for the season, and there is a cleaner fee of $30/month
