Queen Bed, Separate Bath and Shared Living Area

Located less than a 15 minute drive from ATL airport and 20-25 minutes from downtown. This room would be great for a travel nurse, student, or young professional. Please note I am only considering a female roomate at this time. Roomate must be pet friendly, as I have two dogs. I would prefer that the roommate not have any pets but am willing to discuss further. My home is just shy of 2,000 square feet. I have a fenced in back yard with patio space. Washer and dryer are also available. Living space and kitchen will be shared. The bathroom for the available room is separate from the bedroom and is located just across the hallway.

I travel often for work but work from home when I am not away. I do not typically have much company over and would prefer the same of my potential roommate. Some company is fine.

All utilities and internet will be included in the rent with the exception of electricity. Roomate will be responsible for paying 1/2 of the electricity bill.
