Great single family home in northern park hill area. This home has hardwood floors and a large back yard. The house is a bit older, but isn't gnarly., with 3 bedrooms, and two baths (upstairs bathroom would be shared). The price listed includes internet and utilities.

it's a quiet part of town, about 10 min from downtown. so if you're tired of living in an apartment, but like to be close to the fun, this will give you a bit of space.

currently, it's just me and another roommate here, (he's moving out at the end of may) and I'm a pretty chill dude. I work from home as a writer, so i tend to keep to myself, but have no problem making new friends if that's your thing. If you know how to be a functional adult, I'm interested. The two bedrooms for rent currently have queen sized mattresses in them (they are clean, i promise), although they don't have frames.
