I'm Bhaskar, and my wife, Amulya, and I are the landlords of a three bedroom townhouse in Vienna right by the metro station. We have two fantastic 30-something IT professional existing tenants (and former roommates of ours before we moved out) and looking to fill the master bedroom unit.
