Furnished Master bedroom in very clean house in Spring Valley available on November 1-2022.

We are looking for a single roommate to rent a Master bedroom in our home. This is a co- housing/ single-room occupancy. It’s a large single family house with a pool, there are four bedrooms and two full baths. Community’s kitchen, dining room and washer/ dryer. There are ceiling fans in each room.
Bedroom 1 and 2 are occupied by 2 females. We only live there one week of each month to maintain our home. The rent is $1000/month, utilities & Wi-Fi included except $50 extra for July, August, September).
The room is furnished with a King size bed, a dresser, two night stand , your own private bathroom, 2 closets, access to the pool and patio from your own room.
You will have to provide your 3 recent pay stubs. A security deposit of $1000 and back ground check ($30) This is not a party house. We are interested in organized, clean and responsible roommate. No smoking, no drugs, no over night guests and no pet allowed. Wi-Fi not for gamers. Must not work from home.
