East Austin Room in Condo for Rent

We have a brightly lit, two-bedroom condo located in East Austin (Rosewood Neighborhood). I am looking for a new roommate to take over the master bedroom. This room has a small balcony, one small closet, one larger walk-in closet, and a recently retiled, private walk-in shower. The two car garage is located on the main level. The kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, large balcony, and guest bathroom are located on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom and second bedroom (me) are on the 3rd floor. This condo, located within a gated community, is within walking distance of the MLK, Jr. Station along the Red Line (10 minute walk) and the 20 and 18 bus lines as well. For students, just a few stops from UT Austin. There are many local shops and places to eat nearby including Thunderbird Coffee, Houndstooth, Love Supreme, and Mi Madre’s. Just outside the complex is a bike path and walking trail that leads to the recently renovated Boggy Creek Trail.

Hi, my name is Katherin! I am a working professional in my early 30s. I stay pretty busy during the week day, usually at work from 8am to 5pm (currently working remotely due to COVID-19). In the evenings, I typically like to chill out, eat some dinner, and unwind with tv or reading. I keep to myself mostly, but happy to hangout and make a new friend if that is something that interests you! On the weekends, I like to visit coffee shops in the area, read, go for a walk, or catch up on some chores. I am very chill and lead a quiet life. Good sleep is really important to me.
