Seeking Roommate in Spring Garden Luxury Apartment

Hello,

I am looking for a roommate to join me in my 1,356 square foot luxury apartment in Fairmont/Spring Garden. The location is amazing--just a short walk to center city, and right on a septa station. Parking is available for an additional $150 a month for a designated parking spot in a garage.

Apartment amenities include:
-Stacked in unit washer and dryer
-Walk in closets, granite countertops, fully equipped kitchen ( microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven)
-Central AC and heating
-2 bedroom/2 bath total

Building amenities include:
-On-site parking ($150) or offsite (street) parking
-Rooftop lounge/gameroom
-Yoga room
-Theater room
-Gym
-Bike Storage room

It's a great location with great views and great neighbors that tend to be young working professionals. The apartment layout is fairly large and our rooms are on opposite ends. My current roommate and I hardly hear one another when we are in our personal spaces. There is a small dining area and a large living room space. I have attached pictures from the website.
