I am looking for a young male professional to join a group of High Tech Engineers.
Former and current housemates have worked at Acacia/Cisco in Maynard, Intel in Hudson, Qualcomm in Boxboro, Candela in Wayland, Bose in Stow and Framingham, AMD in Boxborough, IBM in Littleton, MIT Lincoln Lab in Lexington, Boston Scientific in Marlborough. There is 2nd-floor room with a shared bath is available for rent on Feb 1st, 2022. We are looking for a male professional. We share Kitchen, Breakfast room, Living room, Laundry room, Off-street parking. The rent is $800 include all utilities(Electricity, Oil Heating, Central Air condition, Trash service, Verizon Fios 1G Internet, private water and sewer system. Total worth more than $100). The house has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. House is quiet between 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. It has a comfortable living condition. No duration required but prefer the long term.
