Two rooms available $1500 total
Hi, I’m looking to rent out two rooms, one bedroom & an office space on a 2nd floor walk up (in a duplex). This is perfect for someone working from home! The apartment is in the heart of Astoria between Ditmars and 30th and two blocks from the train. The rooms are the same size. The bedroom is in the back of the house and fits a full/queen sized bed with a dresser, side table, and small vanity. Each room has a closet. The apartment is fully furnished (open to changing things around though) with an eat-in kitchen (tons of light) and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The bedroom can come with a full-sized mattress and frame, but I can also get rid of it. I have a spare air conditioner for your use during summer months. I have two cats who are super chill and don’t mind living with another cat, but the landlord won’t allow dogs. I love going out to eat/drink, but also love staying in. I’m looking for someone to stay for at least a year. Flexible move-in date. If you feel like this fits your needs, please reach out!
