The place is gonna be practically only for you cause' I use it only for sleep I usually spend most of my free time visiting my little niece and I'm waiting for a new one!... or work more if I'm bored... I only ask for 3 basic things RESPECT, RESPONSABILITY & CLEANNESS About Covid-19 restrictions... Only respect the basic rules like social distance, visits is a delicate matter to talk in person, but just in case I don't want to come home and find a crowd inside right? etc. Any questions will be answered in the interview... there is a background, and the rent process is with the management office... everything formal, clean and clear, for your safety and mine. The neighborhood is mostly Ukranian, Russian and Belarusian... so they are very nice people...
