Furnished room

My name's Aliesha(21F) and my cousin(24F) and I are looking for another house mate. It's already furnished, and there's plenty of space for you to bring in your own things.
Rent plus utilities comes out to $575 per person if there's 3 people. There are 2 rooms available try and a 4th person would bring the rent down to $500 a month.
We're renting from my parents because they're relocating.
Rent is due on the 10th of each month.
, but that's only if I can find an extra person.
We've got a nice backyard and we're close to Seaworld.
And now for the catch; while we're here the ownership of the property will be changing hands. During December there will be some repairs done on the house, and in January my parents will start showing the house. The plan is to have a lease the runs til July 2022. The property will be sold to an investor sometime in February with the lease in place so the rent won't change until the full term of the lease is up.
However, my parents are in a position where they have to let go of the property, and there'll be a stipulation in the lease that says if the house doesn't have an offer by May, the lease switches to month-to-month so families can look at the house. Worst-case scenario we're here til the end of May. It looks like the house'll sell, but I can't predict the future and need to state the other possibilities.
My parents did say they'd help my find a place to stay if the house sold to a family, and in the event that we have to leave before July, if anyone wants to split costs with me I'm totally up for that.
We're also only looking for female roommates at this time.
