High Speed Internet: Included in bills. Parking: Street parking.

Who Lives: One couple, work from home, the landlord. Potentially other roommates. Ideal roommate would be from 22 to 60 years old.

The house is fully furnished, has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, has covered back patio / central air conditioning / parking spots available on street.

Location: 4 mile away from I-35/Howard Lane. 10 minute drive to HEB, Home Depot, Gold’s GYM, and dining, bars. Non smokers only. Cleanliness: You need to be responsible for the cleaning of your own bedroom, including the living area.

We are easy going, clean, and cook a lot. We work from home, and have a flexible agenda. We may have visitors from time to time, but in general we sleep early, and get up early.
