Medium Private Room and bathroom

Hello, I am thinking of having a roomate again so opening up this 1 bedroom and 1 private bathroom w/ washer/dryer in my condo it's 5 minutes from the Southpoint mall, quiet community, pool, and trails. Pets are welcomed but just know I have a small dog and cat. There's a twin sized tempurpedic bed there my past roomate left me it was her daughters, very comfy but if you don't want it that's fine I'll sell it or something. About me I'm a professional working in tech industry, I'm highly social, and respectful. I get along with pretty much everyone. My preference however is females because most of my friends are females and I don't want them to feel awkward whenever I do have guests over they are not fond of guys irony....about guests it will be rare now but I am spontaneous no worries about noise at night, your friends can be welcome too as long I know they are coming. I think that's about it any more questions feel free to ask me. The room is not quite ready yet it should be towards feb-march but I can work with you if u need it sooner.
