‼️Room Available On Feb 1St‼️

North Kenwood House, Three Bedrooms. Two are furnished. The larger furnished BR has an attached shared full bathroom. There is a half bath down the hall. The home is a block from the lake and new blue pedestrian bridge. There is access to a deck right outside your bedroom and to another deck up a flight of stairs to the roof.

My bedroom and bathroom are upstairs separate from the other three bedrooms and common areas.

I’m a high school Culinary Arts teacher, but don’t be expecting gourmet meals!! LOL! I think I’m a pretty cool person. I live a pretty low key, homebody lifestyle and living alone in this 4BR house seems kinda pointless, so if you think we could live together peacefully…holler at me! 🤪
