Large room for rent!

Hello!

The room is large, with windows facing East. It has carpet flooring. It is currently furnished, but we can arrange to move things out. It is big enough to share with a S/O. There are two storage sheds in the backyard which you can store things in. The house has 2 bathrooms and is 2 stories tall. We have a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a driveway/free street parking, and an average sized back yard. There is hardwood flooring down stairs and carpet upstairs. Heating in every room. Near bus lines 4,6,8,24,44, and 77. Not far to max stop at convention center.

We are looking for a roommate who is respectful of other roommates, LBGTQ, cat and friendly. Between 18-30. Ready to move ASAP. Must pass a background check. No pets please. Small animals in terrariums or habitats are okay with us, but don’t mention to the land lord.

About us:
My name is Julie, I work 9-5 M-F as a preschool teacher in NW. I am 19 and very hard working, out going, and realistic. I’m a Taurus! I play video games and like to go shopping in my spare time. I have a plant obsession and put plants in every room I can. I am usually pretty clean and like things to stay organized.

My boyfriend’s name is Alex, he is 28 and works 3-11 M-F in NW. He is a heavy smoker, but usually opens windows or smokes outside. He is very honest and determined, but can be shy. He likes going on walks at night, smoking, and watching TV in our room. He can be a little messy sometimes, but I do encourage him to clean up after himself.

We have 2 cats, Leo and Oren, who are very sweet and will hang out with you if you leave your door open. Feel free to close your door if needed. They are short haired and do not shed very much.
