Large clean private room in a mid-century house

Offering for rent a small private room in my house.
It's furnished with an expandable bed twin-to-king, and a desk.
Kitchen and dining areas are shared. A standard poodle lives in the house; she is old and calm, sleeps 20 hours/day.
I am working from home, so prefer tenants that work outside the house. The rental contract will be month-to-month, with a half-rent deposit. Pets can be considered.
I generally keep to myself, but we can share a meal and drinks from time to time.
The house is located in a mature subdivision close to 69, 610, Westpark, walking distance to bus lines going to Galleria, Texas Medical Center, Westchase.
Available September 1st.
