Hello! I am giving up my lease at the end of the year. Redpoint Wilmington is a great place student housing. You would be living in with three other girls who are going to UNCW and a dog. Everyone has their own room with their own bathroom. Plus a spare bathroom for guests. The room that I’m renting out is upstairs and shares a balcony with one other girl that looks over a pond. There is an in unit washer and dryer and the house is decorated modernly. This sublease is from January to August and has the potential of being a 2022-2023 lease for a lower price if you would also be interested. Please PM for any more details I would be happy to help.
