His name is Steven he's single 63 M insurance agenct / small business owner Farmers Ins Hesch's Insurance Agency LLC He does not drink or smoke he works 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri and goes to the gym down the road from 5-7pm daily. Looking for someone that has a professional career does not mind what days or hours you work.

The apartment complex is Blue Sky Landing right on greenm mountain off Alameda and Beech Dr. each bedroom has their own private full bathroom and big closet the apartment is fully furnished and if you would like a very clean queen size mattress 12" memory foam with a fully adjustable bed. Also washer and dryer in apartment. He no longer has any pets but you can bring yours just pay the pet deposit and pet rent.

There is a pool, hot tub (year around) and gym on site with a dog park. Close to 6th Ave i70 and C470 a block from a firehouse and Safeway. Tons of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Also Amazon hub on complex property.

Rent is $1,600 split down the middle ($800 each) and split utilities.
