A private bedroom is available in a newly renovated row-home in Better Waverly. Room comes with a queen sized memory foam mattress. Room has large windows for plenty of sunlight and air. YMCA and kids play center are a hop away. Village center in a walkable distance.

Johns Hopkins university Homewood campus is less than a mile away. Giant/ACE hardware/Two Indian-Pakistani grocery stores/nail store/pizza place/other businesses nearby. Union memorial hospital and Medstar rehab center less than .5 miles away. Lake Montebello/Wyman park/herring run parks about a mile away.

The house is located on a quiet and safe street. Walkable to two different bus lines (53) along with the Johns Hopkins shuttle.

I am looking for a respectful and considerate roommate to share a 3 bedroom/1 1/2 bath town home. Currently occupied by two female professionals. Bedroom will be private and rest of the house will be shared by everyone including the full bath. House is completely furnished and has new appliances through out. House has Central air conditioning and gas heating system. Equipped with alarm system for additional safety. Friends and family are welcome to stay occasionally as long as the other tenants are comfortable.
