One block away from main bus routes. University students get free bus transportation with school ID's - bus ride to Carnegie Mellon is 5-7 minutes, and 10-12 minutes to University of Pittsburgh & Carlow

Rent includes water, heat/gas, and shared laundry (located in basement level). Does not include electricity, you would have to make an account with Duquesne Light Company. Internet is optional for an additional $10 but it is a shared WiFi, so if you need more bandwidth, you can install your own internet. Electric bill is around $25 a month but it will be higher during the summer if you choose to use the A/C.

Off street parking available, you would have to get a parking permit with the City of Pittsburgh and it costs $30 per year.

Furnishings: the unit includes A/C, full sized bed with frame, microwave, table, chairs, and floor lamp.

Has a porch next to the apartment entrance that isn't used by other tenants of the building.
