The room you'll be in comes equipped with mattress, air purifier, and full-length mirror. Our home is LGBT friendly.
It's a 25-30 min walk from Penn (or short 10-12 minute bike ride with bike lanes the entire way), 15 mins away from Schuylkill Trail and walking distance to Rittenhouse square. Less than 10 mins away from multiple grocery stores, Wawa, coffee shops, gym, Amazon Prime pick-up, and the many restaurants and bars along South Street. Free street parking.
It has an open plan kitchen/dining/living room, a 30-foot backyard, and an basement containing the washer/dryer unit. It was fully renovated in 2017 and you would share a spacious bathroom with one person.
