Hello! I just purchased my first home and need people to share it with! We have fiber internet, maid services for all common areas, ample parking, home theater, washer and dryer, etc. One room has a shared bathroom and one has a private bathroom. Rent will be $600 for the shared bathroom and $700 for the larger bedroom with a private bath.

Only a few minutes away from St. Marys University!

(Almost) All pets except dogs are allowed.

Property currently only has 1 very friendly cat for pets.

You must be able to meet all standard renting requirements. That means a 650+ credit score, clean background, and 3x the rent income verification. Minimum 6 month lease. This place is a great alternative to a boring apartment at a cheaper price. However, if you would not qualify for an apartment you will most likely not qualify here either. If you like to cook, thats great! I will do all your cleaning and pay for all your ingredients if you cook extra portions :) 100% not a requirement though.
