Rent includes one garage space and all utilities. If you like to garden, there’s space in the back yard that presently has grapes, berries, and fruit trees.

We’re two mature (read that older) lesbians (not a couple) and prefer same. NO MEN and no drama. No drugs of any kind. If you choose to smoke it must be outside. Sorry, no pets, we already have kitties.

We’re clean and tidy but not OCD about it. Large home, so there’s plenty of space for a quiet moment. We both work a lot from home. We’re both friendly, but if you just needs a space to call home that’s fine too.
