Professional Male Has 1BR Available

I am a Christian Professional male, and I have a large furnished BR available in my two BR apartment I'd like to rent to another Professional Male. I work in Auburn, but I have a home in North Alabama that I travel to some weekends to be with my family. I have a cat, so people who are allergic to animals need not apply. No alcohol is permitted in the apartment nor are over-night guests.

The available BR is furnished with a Queen BR suite, has a shared bath that will act as a private bath to the renter. BR has walk-in closet, and a wall-hung TV is also provided. Renter will be required to store his food in the rented room.

All utilities provided (electric, water, Internet). Shared spaces/equipment include kitchen, living room, laundry room (washer and dryer included). Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, flatware, dish washer, oven/stove, microwave, Air fryer, etc., that can be used by renter. I also have a charcoal grill on the back porch that the renter is welcome to use (charcoal not provided).

Renter MUST be neat and orderly. Apartment is very neat and tidy, and it will stay that way.
