You can be in Center City, the Convention Center or connect to the Broad Street Line which takes you to the Stadiums in minutes.

About requirements and the roommates
I’m looking for 1 roommate (a Professional or Student) to move-in by October 9st, 2021. I live in the bottom level room and I have a roommate living in the third floor front bedroom. You would be on the 2nd floor front bedroom. I’m looking for a roommate who is age 23-35, social, doesn’t have a problem cleaning up after themselves, and is a considerate and respectful of others. Please provide me with a description of yourself. 6 Month - 12 Month Lease. You don’t want to miss this. Rent Mo/$750 + utilities split evenly. The house is 1600 sqft+ and in the Northern Liberties/Fishtown Area.
