The room we are renting out is the dining room. We will be getting a room divider although we mainly stay in our bedroom even when no one else is here. The living room will be completely available to you, as well as the kitchen. My boyfriend and I can be really quite or really loud at times. I am social but he is not. I work from home from 6-2:30p Sunday through Thursday, so I will need quite during those hours. He works nights. I have a chihuahua named Baby, she is a fawn golden blonde color and sheds a lot, so you will need to be ok with dog hair.
