Looking For A Roommate

Hello! Our names are Noemy and Miles! We’re two LGBT/420 friendly people in search of some chill roommates in our 2 bedroom townhouse!

A little bit about us, we’re both medical workers with somewhat of an always changing schedule! We have two baby cats and 1 puppy! We’re both pretty anti-social when meet with new people but open up once we get to know you! I (noemy) really like to listen to music and at times will play video games. Music is the biggest (and loudest) thing about me (especially on weekends) but I’ll respect anyone if they want it turned down. Miles loves to play video games and air soft!

We’re both LGBTQ+ and 420 friendly!! We prefer no cigarettes however! Our townhome is located in the centennial hills part of Las Vegas. It is gated with an HOA and 24/7 security. The community is quiet, clean, and relatively nice too!

In the home, the biggest thing not allowed to be in is in our room due to our jobs having sensitive information(Unless we’re in there)! The room we’re renting out is right next to the entrance door! It has two windows, all wood flooring, mirrored closet, and a semi-private bathroom that also leads into the kitchen! There is a washer and dryer available in the home! The dishwasher is currently not usable due to some odd wiring done by old owners, however everything else is good!

What we ask of you:
Just communication! We don’t mean you have to fully socialize but if there’s something you don’t like/ any conflict please let us know so there’s no tension! We like to have communication in our home and keep things running smoothly and happy! We also just want someone who is chill and also down to earth! Someone who is respectful and picks up after themselves as well!

Pets are allowed as long as they’re small animals or caged! We do have our own animals but we do cage them or try to keep them away from roommates if they don’t want to interact with them! With that being said, if our pets are in your room and you don’t want them there- let us know so we can remove them or make sure they don’t intrude!

Miles and I are also students as well, we may be night owls at times so hopefully that doesn’t bother you if we’re up at night!
