Bedroom has a small fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker and microwave. The space is fully renovated and very clean. The bedroom has a murphy bed with couch for convenient space saving and multi use room versatility. Beautiful French doors lock from the inside and out. Bedroom has two windows for lots of natural light; Has recess lighting and a ceiling fan with LED light for a well lit room when needed and dimmers for more relaxed times. In addition to the ceiling fan the space is central air conditioned ( heat and cool) . There are 3 drawers , cabinetry with shelving,
and a cabinet with a rack for hanging clothes. Bathroom is spacious and clean with large walk in shower. Bathroom also has shelving and cabinet for toiletry storage. Bedroom has a mounted TV with amazon firestick. Wifi is included. Guest may sign in to their own streaming services or may use our HULU account. Bedroom, appliances and bathroom will be professionally cleaned once a month. Cleaning will be scheduled based on when guest is home. Monthly Cleaning is mandatory. Free uncovered driveway parking available. Large backyard with outdoor seating available for lounging.. Guest will receive a code to enter the main door and a key to their room. Room is conveniently located near front entrance for additional privacy. Kitchen and laundry access are NOT included. NO pets. NO smoking. 3-5 minute drive to farmers market produce stand, grocery, 24 hour walgreens, fast food, Chinese food, beauty supply, gas stations and laundromat. Bergenfield boasts many restaurants, parks and 35 minute commute to NYC.
