Roommate Wanted (Lyndhurst, NJ)

I am looking for a roommate to fill a 12 month lease in a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Rent is $845/month. The apartment is located in a safe building in a safe community, the main NJ transit line is two blocks away, and commuting to NYC is only 35-40 minutes via NJ Transit and the Path. Shopping, banking, and parks are located within 3-5 blocks. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished and ventilated, and there is a pay washer/dryer in the building. The available bedroom is 13’8 by 11’ feet.

Water is included, so the only utilities will be gas, internet, and electricity.

I am 26 years old and a recent graduate of Rutgers Law School. I am a judicial law clerk for Hudson County. While I’m originally from Kansas, I’ve come to think of New Jersey as home, and I enjoy new experiences and meeting new people! I'm looking for a roommate who is friendly, relatively neat, and respectful.
