I have a spare room in my three-bedroom brick home in Horn Lake MS.
All utilities are included.
My partner and I have two large dogs that live inside the home. So you must not be afraid of dogs.
We do not require you to be gay or Bi, however, it is strongly preferred.
Parking is on the street, you will have use of the hall bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
Thie rental price does not include your food, laundry detergent, etc.
We do require that you be employed and have been on your job for at least six months and make at least 2 times the rent.
We also ask that you provide references and present an application.
