Room available to rent!

Hi everyone! We currently have 1 bedroom available to a single person (no couples or pets unfortunately) to rent for 800 with a 300 security deposit. The only bill added is the electric bill (Smud) and that will be split amongst the tenants. You will be living with 3 people in total. The landlords (ages 25 and 33) and one male roommate (35). You will share the bathroom with the other roommate. We have two living rooms with a TV and couch on both sides and there is enough space to do whatever hobby you like. Kitchen, backyard, and garage with washer and dryer is available to you. Also one parking spot on driveway. We have two dogs Ramona and Neil, they are 2-3 years old pitties. Super friendly and big cuddlers when they get to know you. We are all relaxed working adults that are complete nerds that love video games and most nerd culture.
