Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my 1 year lease ( which started on May 10th), in a gorgeous 3 story townhome, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom! I am moving out due to personal issues and am moving back to Raleigh. 3 tenants who I personally know are living there currently! This is a great area and the house is very spacious with a room on the first floor along with the garage a closet and a half bathroom. The Second floor has the kitchen followed with the huge living room and a half bathroom. and the third floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths along with a general closet, laundry room and the attic! The room I am advertising is a cute room with a closet and a huge window facing the front of the house! It has a spacious closet with shelving room on top, bathroom would be shared with a male tenant!
