Comfortable Furnished Room For Male. Short Term Ok

Hi.

I'm looking for a great guy, who has a full-time job (Mon-Fri type, daytime hours, NOT from home) with a car, and pays rent on time. No pets.

I have a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house, and I am looking to rent a private room (key locked) to a non smoking, gay friendly male. I'm *NOT* looking for friends with benefits ... just to be clear.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, side tables, dresser, TV, desk, bookshelf, ceiling fan, and closet with sliding mirror doors. Also, there is a mini fridge in the room, and you'll have 1/2 the space in one of the kitchen refrigerators. Anything that you don't want to use can be moved into the garage.

The house has everything that you need (appliances, pans, dishes, sheets, towels, etc). House, Kitchen and Laundry shared.

It is a very casual home. You can come and go when you want (nobody cares), just be considerate, and clean up after yourself.

There will be a total of 3 guys living here (one per room), and we all agree not to have overnight guests.

I'm a friendly, fairly private, laid back, normal guy. I'm very helpful and easy to get along with, but if you don't need anything, then you will rarely see me. I live/work/exercise/tv in my bedroom. I work for a trucking company doing dispatch on my computer, 7am - 7pm (days vary).

I am a very honest, healthy, happy person.

The other roommate recently moved here from Phoenix. He works 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri, scheduling flights for Southwest Airlines. He is selling his condo in Phoenix and buying a house here. He travels most weekends.

You would share the main bathroom with the other roommate.

Parking is right in front of the house. It's a very safe, one block street with no thru traffic.

It's a month to month agreement, but I would like to find someone who needs a place for at least 3 months (temporary or long term).
$750/mo - All bills paid (Utilities, Wi-Fi, DirecTv)
$200 refundable deposit
