The 2nd BR in my 2BR ap't will become available Nov 15. Move in date somewhat flexible thereafter.. Approx 9x18', wall to wall carpet, 2 windows, great light, AC, large closet. Lambertville is an utterly charming, historic town on the Delaware River. Month to month would be fine, or longer term. The room can be supplied semi-furnished or unfurnished.

IDEALLY: If anyone has part-time use for the room, a reduced rent would be possible (only several nights per week, or perhaps daytimes only, as a writing retreat. for ex.). But not a must.

Senior (but youthful! :), retired college professor here. Gay male - neat, clean, quiet, respectful, sensitive, spiritual. Hoping for similar qualities in a housemate. Frankly a gay male would be preferable, but open to all. Would like overnight guests to be OK for either of us, or perhaps even sometimes some group gatherings....but only with careful coordination b/t us. The apartment has a separate entrance unto itself, then up 1 flight. Do let me know your needs and preferences!! (Rent $650 + 1/2 utilities.) Thank you!!
