One bedroom / One Bathroom available to rent in my home in beautiful Ken-Caryl. The one bedroom would be yours for exclusive use. The bathroom is mostly private.

One person per room.

Available NOW, for Month-to-Month rental and longer-term is an option if with all gel.

The bedroom is furnished and has a large closet. Wifi, Laundry, and Utilities included. Ample street parking available. The house has hardwood floors throughout and is well lit.

Fully furnished living spaces available for you to use and the house has a ring doorbell camera.

The house is in an ideal location for someone who has a car and who wants to be in Littleton close to the mountains and hiking.

House Rules: Keep it clean - all areas and language, Smoking outside, Adults living, No Pets (except for my hypoallergenic Australian Labradoodle), No access to garage.

Me: I am responsible and reliable and have Australian Labradoodle named Dora. Dora is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed and is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. I am a professional and hold myself to high standards yet still have a lot of fun. I try to do the right thing as often as I can. I workout daily and practice yoga a few times a week. I am responsible and pay my bills on time.
