Furnished room for rent June-August/2021

Furnished room available in a three bedroom apartment at Hyde Square/Stony Brook for $800/month, inclusive. It is free June 11-September 1st; it is also possible to sublet it just for 1 or 2 months, with preference given to all 3. (I will be moving out September 1st, at which time the lease can be renewed with the landlord, should you wish to stay on.)
I am a 60 y/o (vaccinated 😎) woman, white/Jewish, passionate social justice activist/early childhood educator/vegetarian cook-sharer, occasional toker and mother to three enchanting cats. The ground floor of a triple decker, the best space in the apartment is a deck off the kitchen facing west and overlooking a grove of trees where bird song can be heard through the day/evening.
Apartment is on a quiet tree lined street in a vibrant corner of JP--a 5 minute walk to Stony Brook T station and to Whole Foods/Stop and Shop on Centre Streets, and ten minute walk to Jamaica Pond.
