At the end of May I’m taking possession of a house that I bought I have two extra bedrooms I’m just charging 700 and for each room a month can I have everything paid for looking for a roommate if a female and they have kids I will only charge $700 I have a big living room I have a kitchen appliances I have a one car attached garage door opener actually that’s for me I do ask one thing please no smokers please no drugs I do not drink I’ve never had alcohol I do not have any of that crap in my life i’m trying to keep the rent low for you just trying to make the money back from my house payment every month I will never hardly ever be home the reason being I am a mailman with this pandemic I am working every night till at least 8 PM when I get home are usually just watch a little TV and go to bed I do have a cleaning lady that comes by once a week she’s a very nice lady and she really takes care of me I hope I might find someone who’s looking for a good roommate I have two rooms 700 and a month per room I have a bath and a half a full kitchen by the way the pictures that you see before I move in I’m trying to have some work done new cabinets having a breakfast bar put in new appliances and carpet
