Room in Hoboken/ Jersey City Heights Boarder

Building is located in The Heights on Palisade but less than a 2min walk down the stairs into Hoboken. We go out in Hoboken all the time and love the ease of access to the bars, much more accessible street parking and cheaper rent in The Heights.

This is a room in a 3-bed, 2-bath unit. The building has been recently renovated and features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, A/C, in unit washer and dryers, and granite countertops. There is also a back porch with access to a private backyard.

There's a one-year lease with a very reasonable landlord. Water is paid for by ownership, but Internet, TV, and electric are paid by the tenants, normally costing roughly $100 / month.
