Room available in large 2.5 bedroom in spruce hill

I've recently moved to a newly renovated 2.5 bedroom in the heart of spruce hill with my 11 month old basset hound. The apartment is way larger than I anticipated so I'm looking to add a roommate to it!

About the apartment: it's on the 4th floor of an apartment complex. There' an outdoor patio, a foyer, a living room, a dinning room, a kitchen (with a dishwasher!), a bathroom, and two full bedrooms. Also has a washer/dryer. Everything but the bedroom is fully furnished.

About me: I'm a 27 year old male with an an 11 month old basset hound named Augustus (he's very friendly and cuddly). I'm extroverted so it's important for me to have a good relationship and be social with whoever I live with (but of course, no expectation to be best friends). I'm pretty easy going, down to hang whenever, and am a big communicator.

I work from home, 9-6, on weekdays but am down to be social and chill after those hours. On weekends I'm usually doing things with my dog or exploring the city.

I'm hoping to find a student or professional with a similar lifestyle to me. If you don't like dogs (or hounds in particular) this probably won't be a good fit (likewise, I'm not looking to find a roommate with a pet of their own).
