Hi I'm James looking for a long term 3rd roommate. Preferably a young professional or college student who is neat, clean, and doesn't smoke. Currently live in Uptown Hoboken with my friend Mehdi who is a college student studying Finance. I'm a teacher who is usually busy during the week. Were both pretty down to Earth and easy going.

It's a 2 story apartment. The room is private, very spacious, and in a great location. Literally right next to Trader Joes and Washington st. Also easy access to the city (10 minutes by bus or ferry). Gym nearby, park, basketball court, pretty much right in the center of everything. Also in a quiet location in the city.
