Looking for someone to sublet my room at the 420 N Main St, West Lebanon, NH house residence starting May 1st and ending August 31st. You may be able to join the year lease starting Sept. 1st too, if you reach out soon enough.

***Sublease could end July OR August 31st. Up to you (someone is available to sublease the month of August if you don’t want to). Open to later May/June start date, if needed.***

Furnished (dresser, bed, desk+chair). Furnished living room (w/ portable fan you can use in bedroom etc). 3 roommates, all respectful and quiet. Two are Dartmouth graduate students in Engineering + one is a Dartmouth undergrad/grad Engineering student. All men (but I am a woman/gender doesn’t matter for the 4th roommate). Share bathroom with 1 other person (includes a tub). In-house washer + dryer. Spacious backyard + house in general, including a workout/office/storage space downstairs. No dishwasher. Ample room (including garage) for parking. The utilities are near nonexistent in the summer time (very low; utilities are oil + gas). Wi-fi is included in rent. No nonhuman animals allowed. LOTS of room for storage. Various desks/tables up for use (office desks + tv table + coffee table etc).

I can be a bit messy, so there might be even more bedroom space that it may seem via these pics. And don’t worry, most of the weird art is mine! (so you can bring your own weird art or enjoy less art/clutter lol)

Wildlife visit our backyard/my bedroom window quite a bit! (deer, turkeys, blue jays, 1 cat)
