Furnished private bedroom with private bath in large shared condo; featuring queen platform bed with storage and full closet, and fully applianced home with central heat/air and in-unit washer and dryer. We are situated up on a hill so we have expansive views of Dorchester Bay and the city. Parking available on street but for an additional fee could include designated spot.

Rent includes Fios and smart TV applications, however gas and electric are split based on usage. Centrally located with super easy access to 93, Andrew Station & Fields Corner red line, easy walk to local bars/restaurants, supermarkets, and parks.

Roommates aren't your typical company, but we are a renewable energy professional that works from home (mom) and delightful 5yo son. Son goes to school FT and spends days at dad's. Together we live a very active lifestyle that usually means weekends away catching live music events, going on excursions, or finding cool bike trails to explore. We are passionate about the environment, animals, social justice issues, and making this world a better place.

Looking for thoughtful, mature, and responsible individual that enjoys maintaining a comfortable space (aka clean). who would enjoy a private but homey place for a temporary stay but potential for long-term arrangement if we click.
