Private Bedroom Close To 880, 92, 84, Easy Commute
Renting out TWO private Upstairs bedroom in our beautiful 5 bedroom home.
Neighborhood:
The house is located in Brighton village, a private and quiet neighborhood with a park down the street. The location is a commuter's dream and provides easy access to CSU East Bay, Tesla, Facebook, major Silicon Valley employers and bridge access to the Peninsula. The house is steps from Starbucks and is located near Costco, Walmart, Target, gyms, gas stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. It's a 1-mile drive to 92, 5 miles to 84, a 2-minute walk to the 56 bus stop, and a ten-minute drive to south Hayward BART station.
Bedroom 4 (Pictured):
The bedroom is unfurnished(however, we do have a queen bed with 3 drawers attached and two dressers [3 drawers each] if you want them), faces the driveway, and has two windows. The bedroom gets lots of natural light, it receives the most sunlight to all the other bedrooms in the house. This bedroom is best suited for a twin or full bed, but previous tenants have had queen beds within. Liquid filled furniture is not allowed.
Bedroom 3:
The bedroom is unfurnished with a window facing a windowless wall of a neighbors house (privacy). This bedroom is optimal for a full-queen bed. Liquid filled furniture is not allowed.
Kitchen:
Light use of the kitchen for your own items (this means please bring your own pots and pans!)
You will have designated space in the kitchen.
Bathroom:
Bedrooms 3 & 4 will share the upstairs bathroom. The use of the toilet downstairs is permitted but not the use of the shower.
Parking:
There is plenty of free street parking at the park by the house and in the neighboring neighborhoods. The walk to the free street parking area is less than 1 minute away and is safe to park.
