Roommate wanted for downtown Franklin home!

Looking for a badass female roommate to move into a furnished room (incl. super comfy king size bed!) + recently renovated private bath in a GORGEOUS historic downtown Franklin home. Move-in ready March 1st!

-Bedroom comes with king sized bed + armoire

-You’ll have your own bathroom that was completely renovated a year ago.

-The backyard is fenced and doggos are welcome. I have a sweet rescue pup - she wouldn’t hurt a fly and LOVES other dogs, but she is super shy around people. We would just have to make sure that everyone is a good fit!

-The house has 3 bedrooms total (so you’ll have 2 other roommates - me & another female), an open kitchen with updated appliances, washer/dryer and an upstairs bonus room that can be used as a guest room/whatever.

-The hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, chandeliers, fireplaces, stain glass doors, built-ins and wainscoting are all original to when the house was built in ~120 years ago and have been kept in immaculate condition.

-The house is nestled on a massive, historic lot far back from the main road. The land the house is on is a Battle of Franklin protected site and has one of those big ol’ historical marker signs out front (so you don’t have to worry about a tall & skinny suddenly being built 1 foot from your bedroom window).

-The driveway connects to an alleyway which plops you out on the road that will take you straight into downtown Franklin. It’s maybe a 5 minute bike ride from our back fence to Frothy Monkey :)

-Tons of storage space (like for real, the attic is freakishly large)

-When we’re not in a pandemic, I have to go into Nashville almost daily and it takes me maybe 25 mins to get to Green Hills/Hillsboro Village (the house is right off Hillsboro Pk, so we have a straight shot into Nashville without having to get on the interstate).

-I am a 32 y. o. female & work from home. The ‘rona def turned me into a tired old lady and I’m in bed at like....8 watching Bravo ~most~ nights, butttt on a good day, I can still hang and love a good taco tuesday, spicy marg (any day of the week), belting show tunes, thrifting, crafting and just general debauchery.

Roommate #2: Also named Taylor!! (Birds of a feather?) She is a full-time nanny + works a restaurant job at night, so she is rarely home during the week. She has a super chunky, super cranky kitty named Paisley who provides endless laughs. Taylor loves cooking, wine and laughing at my general debauchery.

We would love to find a roommate who is compatible friendship-wise and shares our values.
