Sunny and open 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium just 2 miles from UNC Chapel Hill.
Seeking a room mate for 1 private bedroom and 1 bathroom. Condominium amenities include a safe and friendly complex, miles of walkable trails near Bolinwood creek, a tennis court, a pool, and a community washer and drier.
Household highlights include furnished living room area, 2 TV's, dining room table, and functionally stocked kitchen. New carpets just installed in December of 2019. The condo is clean and airy, with a new HVAC system in 2019 as well. I have two cats, possibly open to another one depending upon age and behavior.
Only downside: laundry in the unit, the HOA does not allow, so must be OK with doing laundry in the community laundry room in the complex or elsewhere

I love animals, the gym, cooking up a new recipe and paint by numbers. I am a nurse, I work overtime often and I am in school full time, so I study frequently. I do enjoy having fun 🙂 My ideal room mate is quiet , respectful, and laid back. You will receive the same flexibility in return!
