I’m moving out of my townhouse in Philly so there is a bedroom available that I am looking to fill. The sublease would be from March-August 1st and can be altered as needed. Two male Roommates currently live in the townhouse. It’s a really spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath townhouse in Washington Square West, one block from South Street. There are two outdoor spaces, a rooftop porch and a closed in backyard patio with furniture and outdoor grill. The living room is furnished and has a fireplace with a tv mounted above it. The kitchen is very spacious and has a lot of counter space and a gas stovetop. The bedroom has a walk in closet, mounted tv, dresser and plenty of space.
