Female in search of professional female roommate

I’m a professional female looking for a professional female roommate to help with rent. I rent a two bedroom, one bathroom home in Highview. I’m looking for a mature, responsible and respectful roommate. I do not smoke or do drugs and will not tolerate those in my home. I may have a wine cooler once in awhile but I don’t consider myself “a drinker.” I work full time and am home most evenings. I do have a small male dog who loves people. So please don’t apply if you don’t want dog hair on your clothes or dog kisses. I’m renting the spare, finished, bedroom. The bed is a full size. The plants you see in the photo will be relocated. If you have your own furniture, I can move mine to the basement. We would share the family room, kitchen and bathroom. I have a basement with washer and dryer you are welcome to use. I have a fenced in backyard and enjoy grilling out in the summer. You’re welcome to use all the amenities in the kitchen just clean up behind yourself. Also we’ll share keeping the house clean. All Utilities are included. As well as internet, Netflix and several other apps. There is a small TV in the spare bedroom but cable is only hooked up in the family room. The home is located on a dead-end street and the landlords live next door. March will begin my 3rd year living here, per a divorce. I’m renting month to month but don’t plan to move anytime soon.
