Partially furnished room with private entrance

Hi potential roomies! *** 🏳️‍⚧️🏳️‍🌈+ safe space

I have a decent sized, partially furnished room with wood floors and a private entrance available to sublet.

Currently in the room is a tv and tv stand, curtains, storage rack, metal bed frame, and side table with lamp and tissue box cover. Any/all items can be used or removed depending on your needs.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished and stocked. Almost all items housed in common areas are open for use with few exceptions including my laptops, iPad, and guitar.

The bathroom is fully stocked with an array of toiletries. The kitchen is also stocked with groceries and dishes also for your use. I only ask that you replenish anything you use once it runs out.

There are no assigned “chores” save to clean up after yourself. I do keep a very clean and tidy space and have no interest in cleaning up after another adult. I am looking for someone with similar hygiene practices. I ask that no outside shoes be worn inside.

I am open to doing things together or separate. I get my groceries delivered and am happy to go grocery shopping and/or cook for the both of us or we can do our own thing. We can be homies or I can leave you be.

I really only ask for honesty, prompt payment, cleanliness and mutual respect, which includes taking appropriate safety precautions during the pandemic. If you are one of those people who don’t take the pandemic seriously please spare us both as we will not be a good fit.
